The residential component of the scheme comprises a mix of two to five-bedroom units and a triplex penthouse. Residences feature ceiling heights of up to 11.5 feet, large-format windows, plaster-finished walls, natural wood flooring, and stone kitchens and bathrooms. Upper units are oriented to capture views of landmarks, including Burj Khalifa, Zabeel Palace, and the Dubai skyline.
