Fans of December 10, the boy band formed by Simon Cowell on the Netflix docuseries, Simon Cowell: The Next Act (which aired on December 10), have reason to get excited again. Following the success of their debut single, “Run My Way,” the group is teasing their second release, titled “Angel.”

The announcement marks the next step in the band’s rise, promising a fresh glimpse into their evolving sound and style. While details are still limited, snippets shared on social media suggest that “Angel” will lean into the emotional, heartfelt side of the band’s music.

The boys—Cruz Lee‑Ojo, Danny Bretherton, Hendrik Christoffersen, John Fadare, Josh Olliver, Nicolas Alves, and Seán Hayden—have shared three Instagram posts so far teasing the song. One post is simply a picture of a pink envelope that reads, “Dear Angels,” mysteriously captioned, “..… 💌👀.” Another Instagram post of the set list for their sold-out tour, which kicks off today, includes “Angel” as last on the list.

A third photo shared on Instagram seems to be some of the lyrics to “Angel” ahead of the boy band’s debut shows this week. It reads:

“I wanna be the one that makes you smile. I wanna be the one you think about when you fall asleep. I wanna tell you, but I don’t know how. The one that you should love is me. Oh angel, oh angel. Don’t you know that you’re flying too low? Oh angel, oh angel. You can see what you want, but, baby, I know. Oh angel, you’re flying too low…”

December 10 also leaked a portion of the song in an Instagram story sharing the lyrics post, and fans have been responding with excitement, praising the polished vocals and emotional delivery, which have already become hallmarks of December 10’s performances.

“Love it already,” one fan commented. “Can’t wait for the full song!”

Those who attended the kick-off Glasgow show today were the first to have a chance to hear the new song live. Many of those fans, and even more across the world, are begging the boys to “please release this now” so they can start playing it “on repeat.”
