Accsoon has introduced the CineView SE 4K, a wireless video transmission system that builds on the CineView SE line’s compact monitoring approach while adding 4K transmission and remote camera control. Monitoring and camera adjustments now sit in the same place, which subtly changes how the system can be used on set. Rather than shifting transmission away from monitoring, it moves the system closer to the operating side of the workflow, something we’re seeing more often as wireless tools expand beyond simple monitoring. Let’s take a look.
Accsoon has been building toward this for a while. We covered the CineView SE when it was first launched, as well as the M7 Pro and M7 wireless monitors last year, where monitoring started to sit closer to recording and control. We’ve also reviewed the CineView Master 4K.
The CineView SE 4K brings the same thinking into a smaller, more accessible part of the lineup.

Like earlier CineView SE models, this is a compact wireless monitoring system. The difference here is that 4K transmission and remote camera control are now built in. Users can adjust camera settings such as shutter speed, ISO, aperture, and white balance directly from the monitoring interface. The system also supports touch autofocus control and bi-directional record triggering between the camera and connected devices.
This brings monitoring and camera interaction closer together, something that becomes especially noticeable in mobile workflows.

Mobile monitoring is one of the more practical examples, as the SE 4K adds USB-C video output for direct wired viewing on phones and tablets.
Wired monitoring provides a zero-latency feed while the mobile device can be charged at the same time via USB-C or Lightning. The system supports monitoring on up to five devices simultaneously, combining wired and wireless connections depending on the setup.

The SE 4K works with the Accsoon SEE app and the company’s wireless monitor lineup, including the CineView M7 series, so it fits naturally into existing Accsoon monitoring setups while remaining part of the compact SE line.

On the transmission side, the CineView SE 4K uses Accsoon’s dual-band system, combining 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies with the company’s RTMS 4.0 protocol to help keep the signal stable in more crowded RF environments.
Transmission is rated at up to 400 meters (1,300 ft) with latency below 50 ms. H.265 encoding supports end-to-end 4K30 workflows across transmission, recording, livestreaming, and USB output. Twelve adjustable bitrate levels are available, so image quality and stability can be balanced depending on the shooting scenario.

The Accsoon CineView SE 4K is available now and is priced at $499 / €419.77. More information is available on the Accsoon website.
Remote camera control currently supports Sony FX3, FX30, A7C II, A7S III, A7 IV, A9 III and Canon R5, R6, R5 II, R6 II, R7, R8. Accsoon says additional camera support is planned in future updates.
