What happens when little Ten becomes the Australian arm of mega-MAGA media?
With the news late last week of the all-but-certain Paramount Skydance takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery, Australia’s Ten Network has been catapulted from the perennial struggling also-ran of Australian television into the local distribution arm of what’s set to be the largest (and most politically aligned) production company in the world.
Expect significant changes to how we get informed and entertained — most of them bad.
