Marvel has just dropped the first trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the latest chapter in Tom Holland’s turn as New York’s favorite web-slinging superhero, and after accruing millions of views in a little over 24 hours, it seems like fans are just as hyped as ever to see him return once again.
The film takes place four years after the events of No Way Home, with a considerably moodier Peter Parker living and operating as a bit of loner, much more like we’d expect from Batman than the usually chirpy Spidey.
It looks like an interesting next step for the franchise and one that shifts the tone significantly from the Holland-fronted movies we’ve had thus far. Spider-Man also has a bit of a new look in this latest effort and it’s a return to a classical look that’s proving very popular from the limited look at it we’ve had so far, and in even better news, you’ll soon be able to use it yourself if you play Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered.

Over on Twitter, user REZA shared some incredible screenshots of their custom Brand New Day suit model ported into Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on the PC. Though it’s only a prototype version at this juncture, it looks incredible, and could be one of the coolest ways to swing around the city in the game.
The comments were equally complimentary, with one saying, “This is looking great so far. Spider-Man 2018 suit mods are just the best, especially with how good Overstrike is for installing them and customizing their position in the suits menu.”
“Cant wait to play Spiderman 3 with that suit available,” another added.
As mentioned earlier, the suit is currently in the prototype stage, but once completed, it will be made available for players to download via 3D model platform CGTrader.

As far as upcoming releases go, few are generating as much initial hype as Spider-Man seems to right now. At the time of writing, the trailer sits on well over 18 million views in less than two days, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.
The comments are filled with fans praising what they have seen so far, and the new direction the film is seemingly going to take, so if any release is going to break the recent poor run of form that movies have had at the box office in recent times, it’s probably Spider-Man.
