Earlier this week, an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman faced charges in New Plymouth District Court of burglary and being unlawfully in a building.
They will reappear on April 22 and have been remanded on bail.
The other two young people have been referred to the Youth Court and Te Pae Oranga respectively.
Police said the arrests had been a “great result”.
“We’re glad to have apprehended those responsible in the act and potentially preventing further burglaries from occurring.
“We will continue to send the message that this type of offending is not acceptable.”
