A Pāpāmoa Lotto player has struck it lucky with a huge payout from last night’s draw.
Lotto Powerball will roll over to Wednesday night where the jackpot will be $14 million – but one lucky Strike player has taken home $400,000.
Last night’s winning numbers are 8, 25, 29, 38, 22 and 24. The Bonus Ball is 3 and the Powerball is 4.
The winning Strike Four ticket was purchased at My Pharmacy Pāpāmoa Plaza.
The total prize pool was $13.4m, including $400,000 for Strike Four, $1m for Lotto First Division and $12m for Powerball.
Two winners took home $500,000 each in last Saturday’s First Division draw.
They bought their tickets at Jervois Food Market in Auckland’s Herne Bay and at the Black Cat Store in Nelson.
Another major winner also enjoyed a lucky long weekend, claiming $400,000 with Strike Four.
Their winning ticket was purchased at Edmonton Stationery and Lotto in West Auckland.
What to do if you win
Ticket holders can see immediately if they have won if they purchased a ticket through MyLotto. Prizes of $1000 or less are automatically credited to the account.
For prizes exceeding $1000, winners must complete an online prize claim form.
Winners with physical tickets must still visit a Lotto retailer to claim their prize.
For the Powerball jackpot to be claimed, a ticket holder must get all six Lotto numbers correct as well as the added Powerball number.
