Nursing company to acquire 20% stake in Winz Plus to help fill labor-starved market

TOKYO — Japanese nursing care provider Sompo Care plans to acquire a 20% interest in a recruitment agency specializing in foreign nationals, putting it in a position to staff competitors with care workers from India.
