A spike in those reporting issues with Kiwibank’s online services on Downdetector occurred after 9am, with more than 690 reports.
One frustrated customer took to social media to say: “I’ve got bills I need to transfer to the right accounts.”
Another said: “Asap please! I have a very very important business transaction to make!”
“This is soo annoyign! [sic] I rely on my app to bank daily. I cant even book a uber because i need to transfer and calling is just another hassle of waiting,” a third person said.
