Lisa’s custom Robert Wun look for the 2026 Met Gala includes 66,960 Swarovski crystals embroidered throughout

Lisa Manobal arrived in a glistening bridal look at the 2026 Met Gala.
On Monday, May 4, the BLACKPINK singer stunned in a custom all-white, sheer ensemble by Robert Wun. The gown notably features two sculptural arms suspending a Swarovski crystal-encrusted veil above her head.
The custom look took nearly 3,000 hours to bring to fruition, according to a press release from the designer.

Lisa’s look, titled “The Veil,” features a “fully crystalized embroidery sheer gown” in a mermaid silhouette that gives way to a short train, plus a matching sheer veil that drapes over the torso and cascades behind, settling on the fabric of the train.
The sculptural arms rise above Lisa’s head, creating the look of “the bride lifting up her own veil,” per the designer. The concept comes from the AW25 Couture Collection, “which features an extra-arm sculpture extending from the shoulder, creating the illusion of one look with two different gestures.”
The entire look features 66,960 white Swarovski crystals throughout, and took 2,860 hours to create. The dress includes the Robert Wun label, of course, but also bears another special tag that reads in cursive letters, “for Lisa.”

Lisa made her Met Gala debut in 2025, wearing a fitted black blazer, cheeky underwear and black tights, all by Louis Vuitton for the “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme. She accessorized the look with a black Louis Vuitton purse, black heels, and a pearl chain linked to her jacket, and she wore her honey blonde locks piled in an updo.
Following her 2025 appearance, fans speculated that Lisa’s panties bore the face of Rosa Parks, though the designer shut the rumors down. In a statement to Vulture at the time, a representative for artist Henry Taylor (who collaborated on Lisa’s Met Gala look with Pharrell Williams) said, “The figure featured in Lisa’s Louis Vuitton look is not Rosa Parks, but one of Henry’s neighbors.”
They added, “The faces seen on this look, as well as on previous LV garments featuring Taylor’s artwork, are all drawn from his personal life — family members, friends, and neighbors.”
