The Canon EOS R6 V will be officially announced at 9AM EDT (New York) on May 13, 2026. Most of the specifications for the camera have been reported already, but there are still a few unknowns and the full specifications below should answer most of the questions people still have about the R6 V.
We will provide official images of the camera later today. We’re still waiting for the full specifications on the lens.
Pricing has yet to be 100% confirmed as we’ve mentioned before, but expect it to be $2500/€2500 for the body only, give or take a few dollars.
