The Toolkit includes ways to improve mood and motivation in line with feedback given by both the public and practitioners.
Available both online and to order the toolkit is filled with activities to reflect on your mood, information about local support groups and exercises to better manage the stressful things in life.
The new version will be published this week to coincide with mental health awareness week 2026 with this year’s theme being ‘take action.’
The mental health foundation is encouraging people to take action in improving their own mental health by engaging in resources like the toolkit.
Lisa cooper, Head of Primary and Preventative Care Services, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership believes the toolkit is a “resource people actually want to use”
“It focuses on everyday wellbeing and offers gentle, practical ideas that people can fit into real life. It’s not about doing everything; it’s about finding what works for you.
“The Wellbeing Toolkit is for anyone living in Fife. Whether they are feeling well, going through a difficult period, or simply looking for ways to maintain their wellbeing.
“It avoids judgement and encourages people to take small, manageable steps at their own pace.”
