Gigi Hadid is honoring her boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, in a sweet (and stylish) way. On May 12, the 31-year-old model shared a photo on her Instagram Stories. In it, she modeled a gold dog tag pendant necklace with their first initials engraved. She wrote, “love🌻🌻 thank you queen @sheryllowejewelry.”

Per the Daily Mail, the custom necklace is 14K yellow gold and costs $2,995. The pendant, which is encircled by diamonds, also includes a heart between the initials.
The designer Sheryl Lowe, wife of the actor Rob Lowe, shared a close-up image of the pendant on her Instagram Stories, which also included a diamond rose attached, though that component was not present in Hadid’s photo.

Hadid and Cooper, 51, have been dating since 2023. While they keep their relationship relatively low-key, they enjoyed a rare family outing last month. On April 8, they were spotted outside Cooper’s West Village townhouse with his daughter, Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper, 9, whom he shares with model Irina Shayk. Hadid also has a daughter, Khai Hadid Malik, 5, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik.
In August 2025, a source spoke with People about Hadid and Cooper’s family dynamic. “Their schedules are packed, but they’ve figured out a rhythm that works for them and the kids,” the insider said. “Khai and Lea see each other all the time and get along really well, which has made everything so much easier.”
