Hartey Wealth Management will relocate to newly purchased offices at Salop House in Oswestry from its base of the past 11 years on Salop Road.
The move represents the firm’s sixth relocation over more than 30 years in the town, but it is the first time the business has owned its own premises.
Karl Hartey, who has supported clients in Oswestry since 1992, said: “After six moves over the years, this finally feels like home.
“We have always believed in taking a long-term view – both for our clients and for our own business.
“This move represents stability, confidence, and our continued commitment to Oswestry and the clients who have supported us since 1992.”
Hartey Wealth Management serves individuals, families, and business owners with services including financial planning, investment management, inheritance tax planning, retirement planning, and multi-generational wealth advice.
The company emphasised that the move will take place with minimal disruption to clients, with all existing contact details and services remaining unchanged.
The firm said the purchase of Salop House will help secure the future stability and independence of the business.
Hartey Wealth Management will continue to operate nationally from its new Oswestry base.
