A person has been arrested after a fire truck was stolen at Auckland’s Piha.
“The vehicle was able to be tracked heading east, before police pulled it over on Hillsborough Road, just off Mount Albert Road, just after 11.30am,” a police spokesperson said on Wednesday.
The driver was arrested and charges were pending, police said.
