A man who died in a crash on Tekapo-Twizel Rd has now been named as 74-year-old Jeffrey Alan Ross.
On Sunday, the retired pharmacist was killed in a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 8, near Tekapo.
Police have offered their “deepest condolences” to the Christchurch man’s family and friends.
Investigators
are continuing to make inquiries into the circumstances of the accident, which occurred near the intersection with Tekapo Canal Rd, south of the Tekapo-Pūkaki Canal Bridge.
