Companies Office records show Jeff Kim is the sole director and shareholder of the company.

Last month, Auckland cafe and bar Verona went into liquidation after 34 years in business.
The hospitality industry recorded 399 liquidations in the 12 months to March 2026, an increase of 49% on the previous year, according to Centrix data.
The past week has also seen the announcement that several other high-profile hospitality venues are set to close.
The Grounds Eatery – started by high-profile restaurateur and former My Kitchen Rules New Zealand judge Ben Bayly – will shut its doors at the end of the month.
The restaurant was taken over by Rachel Johns in December 2023.
And last week, Auckland waterfront restaurant Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill announced it would close permanently on June 13, after opening in 1988.
Owner Good Group Hospitality said the restaurant was “no longer commercially viable”.
