New information emerges in police probe into Morningside Halloween attack

Detective Sergeant Craig Burrow, Auckland City West CIB, said police have had a “positive response” to the appeal and are now following through on new leads.

“We have received some information and we are working through this at present.”

Two people have been arrested over the alleged incident so far.

Members of the public are being asked not to approach or attempt to identify the people directly.
