Police are responding to an incident involving a small plane at the Rangiora Aerodrome in North Canterbury.
Emergency services were notified the aircraft had made a hard landing just after 1.30pm.

Hato Hone St John confirmed one ambulance was sent to the scene.
“Our ambulance staff assessed one patient in
a moderate condition. No transport to hospital was required,” a spokesperson said.
