WESTERLY, R.I. (WJAR) — A statue honoring Ellison “Tarzan” Brown was dedicated at Rooney Park in Westerly Saturday.
Brown was a Native American long-distance runner, best known as a two-time winner of the Boston Marathon in the 1930s.
