A car has crashed into a building in Red Beach.

One person has suffered serious injuries after a car crashed into a building on Red Beach Rd, Red Beach.

Police were called to the crash, north of Auckland, at 12.26pm and said a person was being treated at the scene. .

Police are making inquiries into the crash and are
asking motorists to expect delays and avoid the area where possible.

A Hato Hone St John spokesperson said they were notified at 12.27pm of a motor vehicle incident at Red Beach Road in Red Beach.
