Podular home builder gets 10-year ban; seven more company directors banned in April and May

Four other directors were handed bans of eight years or more by the ministry.

Cassandra Knox, director of Trinity Employment Services Limited and Elite Employment Limited, received a ban of eight years and six months for allegedly continuing to trade without sufficient regard to financial pressures or creditor interests.

Warren Sinclair, director of Ready Homes Limited, NZ Modular Homes Limited, Isee Sales Limited and Zartaj Design and Hosting Limited, was banned for eight years and six months for allegedly operating without adequately addressing financial pressure and failing to keep related companies’ affairs separate.

Previously reported by the Herald, former SPQR owner and director Chris Rupe was also given a ban of eight years and six months.

Roof-Fit Limited director Hale Huka was banned for eight years for allegedly operating without an adequate response to financial strain and failing to properly maintain financial and company records.

Meanwhile, James Clark, director of Aztec Packaging Group Limited, Aztec Impex Limited, I Print on Demand 2021 Limited and The Caring Card Company 2022 Limited, was banned for seven years and six months for allegedly trading without adequately addressing financial pressure across multiple companies and lacking financial oversight.

Benjamin Jones (Jonesy Construction Limited) and Dean Lister (Eleven Limited) both received four-year bans from managing a company.
