Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox reunited to promote the former’s hair-care brand, LolaVie, in honor of its 4th birthday.”This is the greatest day of my life,” Aniston said in the TikTok clip.”The one where Jen does Courteney’s hair,” the caption reads.
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox had a mini Friends reunion on Friday as Aniston’s hair-care brand, LolaVie, celebrates its 4th birthday.
“This is the greatest day of my life,” Aniston says in a new video posted on LolaVie’s TikTok channel. “I get to finally blow-dry Courteney’s hair, which I’ve been wanting to do because she has this gorgeous head of hair, but there tends to be frizz on top.”
Aniston, who used products from her own line to style Cox’s dark tresses, sported a black tank and distressed denim shorts in the clip.
“The one where Jen does Courteney’s hair,” the caption reads.
A month ago, Aniston gave “The Rachel” a modern update as she announced the launch of LolaVie’s latest release.
“Our Dry Shampoo just dropped 🩶…and IT’S SO GOOD! I hope you love too! 🥰 @lolavie,” Aniston wrote in an Instagram post.
In the clip, the Friends star dons a trendy curve cut, a longer version of the ’90s-era lob named for her iconic character, Rachel Green.
“The curve cut, also known as the C-cut, is a layered haircut where the shortest layers frame the face, and the remaining layers become longer as they reach the back of the hair, which, in turn, creates a curve that resembles a C-shape,” hairstylist Annagjid “Kee” Taylor told InStyle in 2023.
At its core, “The Rachel” is all about flippy sections styled round, a softer approach for severe layers. The contemporary curve cut (which is typically a touch longer than its prototype) has found fans in tastemakers like Hailey Bieber, Laura Harrier, and Lucy Hale.
The cut is so flattering because it can work on so many hair types and can really frame the face to accentuate your facial features,” Taylor said.
