Looking to track every stride you take? We’ve found a host of great deals from the likes of Garmin and Polar.

For beginners, the Forerunner 55 is currently 23% off — it’s a few years old now, but it comes with built-in GPS, optical heart rate monitoring and 20 hours’ GPS run time on a single charge. Or there’s 15% off the Amazfit Active 3 Premium, a fantastic little entry-level smartwatch I’ve been wearing over the past month.

On the more premium end, the Garmin Fenix E GPS 47mm is 41% off; it’s packed with advanced training and health features and boasts a stunning 1.3-inch AMOLED display screen. You can also save £100 on the Apple Watch Ultra 3, which packs Apple’s latest sensors, including multi-band GPS, ECG and blood oxygen monitoring, alongside comprehensive training and health insights like VO₂ Max, training load and sleep score.

Headphone deals

We’ve spotted many of our favourite running headphones for a significant discount. Beats’ Studio Buds + have dropped to less than £90, saving you a whopping 51%. Or you can nab the Apple AirPods Pro 3 for 20% off, which boast some of the best active noise cancellation of any earbuds we’ve tested.

If open-ear headphones are more your thing, Shokz has slashed its prices on a number of models. The OpenFit 2 are 30% off — one of the lowest prices I’ve seen them. Compared to the original OpenFit, they offer a more secure fit, upgraded sound quality and impressive 11-hour battery life. Plus, they’ve got physical button controls.

Fitness tracker deals

If you want to measure all your daily sleep, movement and heart rate vitals in a less intrusive way, the Oura Ring 4 has dropped to its lowest ever price, with a whopping 43% off (saving you £150).

Or for a simple, beginner-friendly option, the Fitbit Inspire 3 has dropped to just £59.99.

If you want a convenient way to increase your daily step count, Amazon Prime Day is a golden opportunity to save on one of the best walking pads. The very excellent Superun is 22% off right now, or you can save a whopping 57% on the Urevo Underdesk Treadmill.

Sports nutrition deals

I like to use savings events as an opportunity to replenish my running fuel supplies; we’re talking discounted energy gels, electrolytes and protein-packed snacks. The Science in Sport Beta Gels are one of my top picks for in-run refuelling, winning ‘best high-carb gel’ in our 2026 Sports Nutrition Awards for their hefty 40g carb serving which slips down easily and sits well in the stomach. Grab a pack of 30 for 22% off while you can.

Or save 16% on my favourite Precision Fuel PF30 gels. I’ve used these in several marathons as I love the neutral taste, they slide down easily and don’t upset my stomach. Plus, I’ve never seen the brand discount their products before, so this is a chance to nab a rare saving.

In short – yes. In order to take advantage of the amazing deals across Prime Day, you will need to be a Prime Member. There’s also a 30-day free trial if you’ve not previously signed up to become a member in the last 12 months.

How to find the best deals

With thousands of products on offer over Prime Day, it can be hard to tell which deals are genuinely worth your money. That’s where we come in. At RW, we don’t just list any old deal. We track prices using tools like CamelCamelCamel to verify that a deal is actually a discount – not just a clever bit of marketing. We also focus on the kit that really matters to runners: GPS watches that we’ve personally tested and would recommend, and training essentials that can genuinely support your goals.

To shop smarter (and avoid adding any old deal to your basket) we’d also recommend making a list so you buy what you actually need. Are your go-to pair of shoes nearing retirement? Have you been eyeing up a running watch with better battery life? Or maybe you’ve got a few big races lined up and need to stock up on energy gels or anti-chafe balm.
