“North West is 13 years old. She is alone in Paris with a couple of friends and bodyguards attending parties and shows. 13 year old girl. Where are her parents?” tweeted another person.
Other footage showed North West posing for photos with various adult men, their arms around her as they posed for the shots.
“North West is only 13, and grown men are already putting their hands on her shoulder for photos. Fame at such a young age is unsettling,” one person tweeted.
Kanye West is in Paris too, although didn’t attend Paris Fashion Week with his daughter.
Instead, West spent the weekend celebrating his 49th birthday with Australian wife Bianca Censori and around 20 friends at the Château de Versailles, closing down part of the palace for their own private party.
They then moved on to the exclusive Airelles hotel.
Kardashian is back in California, and according to her Instagram stories, spent the weekend at her sister Khloe’s lavish 42nd birthday party.
Kim had courted controversy last year when she stepped out with her then-12-year-old daughter in Rome, North West towering over her mother in platform boots, a tight corset and a mini-skirt.
As a child to two of the most famous people in the world, North West appears to be living life in fast forward: the young aspiring singer and rapper, who turned 13 just two weeks ago, released her first EP last month, N0rth4evr.
She marked her 13th birthday on June 15 making her stage debut as a rapper and announcing her first tour: she will play 14 concerts across the US in August, co-headlining with rapper and singer Molly Santana, 21.
