Police say they are investigating after a parent reported a man asked their child to get into a van outside a school in the Hutt Valley on Monday.
“Police were notified that a man in a van asked a young person to get in the van, claiming they
had been instructed by the person’s parents to pick them up from school,” Inspector Wade Jennings said.
