Fettlewell, based in Lingen, Herefordshire, uses herbal-based therapies to combat staff sickness, burnout, and absence.

The consultancy was launched by medical herbalist Rebecca Morris-Dorman, who has a background in pharmacy.

Ms Morris-Dorman said: “Staff healthcare is often reactive and businesses are spending more than ever trying to manage sickness after it happens, when so much of it is preventable.

“I wanted to offer companies a different, more proactive route – one that treats staff wellbeing as an investment, not an afterthought.”

Fettlewell offers evidence-based wellbeing strategies for employers, focusing on phytotherapy (plant-based medicine) combined with wider lifestyle and workplace health support.

The consultancy provides businesses with a range of options from one-off workshops to ongoing staff health programmes.

Consultations are currently open to organisations in Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Powys.
