Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding has been shrouded in speculation from the moment the couple announced their engagement. No detail has been deemed too small for debate, but the most talked-about (other than the dress) has undoubtedly been the guest list.
The ‘Karma’ singer’s little black book and list of celebrity friends reads like a who’s who of Hollywood elite. As such, curiosity over who would make the wedding cut is only natural. One A-list name above all else had fans curious: Blake Lively.

Was Blake Lively At Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce’s Wedding?
It appears Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, were not in attendance for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding in New York City this weekend. As countless celebrity guests descended on the venue for the nuptials, Lively was notably absent.
Instead, the It Ends With Us actress was spotted in Lake Placid supporting her daughter, Betty, as she competed in a horse show at a local farm.
“Taylor’s in a different place now and she just wants to be around people she trusts and who bring her peace,” a source told Page Six of the decision.

The pair’s decade-long friendship reportedly hit a wall amid Lively’s legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, after Swift found herself dragged into the drama as a potential witness. Since then, the reporting has been a genuine back-and-forth.
Court filings unsealed in January 2026 revealed a paper trail of text messages between Swift and Lively, offering a rare glimpse into the strain on their friendship. According to the publicly released text messages, Lively checked in with Swift ahead of her legal battle, admitting she’d been feeling “like a bad friend lately” after months of only talking about her own struggles. Swift replied that she was feeling exhausted across every part of her life and had sensed “a shift” in the way Lively had been speaking to her.
Per Page Six and TMZ, Lively was left off the guest list for Swift and Kelce’s wedding celebrations, and was notably absent from a pre-wedding gathering in Rhode Island. Yet just days later, other outlets claimed the opposite: that Swift and Lively had spoken by phone and were quietly rebuilding trust, with one insider even suggesting Lively already had a dress picked out for the big day.
