A police probe is underway after a person was seriously injured during a party in Whangārei overnight.

Emergency services were called to a Forest View Rd address in Te Kamo about 11.50pm.

“The victim was taken to hospital in a serious condition, but the injury is not believed to
be life-threatening,” police said.
