Key highlights from the report included an effective care plan, with people’s needs “regularly reviewed”, alongside good access to healthcare and nutrition and a “people-centred” approach.
Rotherham councillor Joanna Baker-Rogers said: “As a council we are committed to enabling residents to live as well and as independently as possible for as long as possible.
“It’s pleasing to see that the CQC has seen that during the inspection,” she said.
Earlier this year, the council’s adult social care service was also rated as Good by the CQC following a separate inspection.
