Prince Harry stepped out at the one-year countdown event for the 2027 Invictus Games today, with the event held at The NEC in Birmingham. Meghan Markle was previously scheduled to attend alongside her husband, however, the 44-year-old only made her arrival into the UK with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, earlier today.

Harry founded the Invictus Games, an international multi-sport event for wounded, injured and sick military service personnel, in 2014, with the event having continued to be one of his long-standing initiatives since stepping down from royal duties in 2020. Speaking of Harry’s appearance at the Games event, before joining Meghan and their children to meet the King and Queen at Highgrove House, celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Hongiman shared that Harry appeared to show that he is no longer a working royal in Birmingham today.

Speaking exclusively for casino.ca, she said: “Harry looks happy and calm chatting to Alison [Hammond], he’s seen facing her fully, torso towards torso, showing that he’s got nothing to hide. When he talks, his palms turn upwards, which signifies honesty. Harry cuts an upfront, honest figure.”

She then added: “Prince Harry‘s playful moments at the Games show him sticking his tongue out, raising his eyebrows comically and generally messing with the athletes. He appears to enjoy the company of those around him.

“After the tough week Harry has had, those jolly expressions are a little surprising. When checking whether anyone’s body language is authentic or otherwise, what we look for is consistency, whether all components indicate the same emotion at any given moment.

“In Harry’s case, nearly all his movements tell the same story, broad gestures, smiles, a wide stance which signify confidence and a magnanimous nature.

“Only at one moment, the Prince’s lips appear tight with tension, but it’s conceivable that the game was tense, not his whole mood. The reason for Prince Harry’s evident joy during the Invictus Games, despite his tense week which preceded, could be that at the Games he’s just Harry, Army Captain, which is an identity he’s proud of and comfortable with. During the week he was Royal this and Windsor that, identities which he no longer wears with ease.”

The King and Queen’s meeting with the Sussex family has been deemed a private meeting, which means that no images of the family reunion will be released.

It is the first time in four years that the King has seen his two youngest grandchildren in person, the last meeting took place in June 2022.

Archie and Lilibet were aged just three and one at the time of their last meeting with their paternal grandfather, with the young royals now having marked their seventh and fifth birthdays earlier this year.
