Heather Locklear’s boyfriend Lorenzo Lamas has thanked the universe for bringing them back together 40 years after they first met.
Locklear, 64, and Lamas, 68, posed together on the cover of Playgirl magazine in 1983 and rekindled their romance four decades on as Lamas finalised his sixth divorce.

The pair were spotted together at Los Angeles International airport hand-in-hand when Lamas reflected on their timely love story.
“The universe happened!” Lamas said when asked about his and Locklear’s reunion.
When asked which of them made the first move, Lamas answered: “I guess the promoter that booked us on the same event.”
Lamas confirmed that he and the Melrose Place actress got together in Buffalo, New York during the Thanksgiving holiday in 2025.
Lamas, who played Olivia Newton-John’s jock boyfriend Tom in the hit movie musical Grease in 1978, was married to ex and former model Kenna Nicole Lamas, née Scott, before his relationship with Locklear.
According to multiple US outlets, Lamas was granted a request to speed up his divorce from Kenna Nicole.
They had been together for five years total before the Renegade actor filed for divorce in July 2025.
Lamas and Locklear, 64, were first romantically linked when the couple were spotted in Las Vegas celebrating New Year’s Eve together.

They publicly confirmed their relationship in late April at the horror sci-fi convention Chiller Theatre Expo in New Jersey.
Since going public with their romance, Lamas has called Locklear “the most amazing woman that I think I’ve ever met”.
Lamas has previously been married five times, to Victoria Hilbert from 1981 to 1982, Michele Smith from 1983 to 1985, Kathleen Kinmont from 1989 to 1993, Shauna Sand from 1996 to 2002 and Shawna Craig from 2011 to 2018.
He shares adult son A.J. and daughter Shayne with the late Smith, daughters Alexandra Lynne, Victoria, and Isabella Lorenza with Kinmont, and daughter Patton Lee from a relationship with Daphne Ashbrook.

Locklear was engaged to her high school sweetheart, motorcycle racer Chris Heisser, for five years before ending things in May 2025.
The ’90s heartthrob was previously married to Bon Jovi guitarist and songwriter Richie Sambora from 1994 to 2007. They share a 28-year-old daughter, Ava.
Her most infamous relationship was likely her was marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993.
At one point, Locklear was also engaged to her Melrose Place costar Jack Wagner. They were together from 2007 to 2011.
