Wealth management platform Scripbox has promoted Mohankumar Swaminathan to the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO).

In his new role, Swaminathan will lead the company’s product strategy, roadmap and innovation efforts, with a focus on strengthening Scripbox’s digital wealth management platform and customer experience.

Swaminathan has been associated with Scripbox for nearly a decade, having joined the company in 2016 as a Growth Hacker. Over the years, he has held leadership positions across growth, business and product functions, most recently serving as Head of User Acquisition.

During his tenure, he led initiatives related to product management, customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement and marketing technology. He also played a role in building the company’s in-house marketing automation platform and improving digital onboarding processes.

As CPO, Swaminathan will be responsible for driving Scripbox’s AI-led product roadmap and will work with engineering, design and business teams to develop products for investors.

Founded in 2012, Scripbox offers wealth management solutions through a digital platform and serves retail, affluent and high-net-worth investors across India.

Recently, Scripbox acquired the mutual fund distribution business of Delhi-NCR-based Bluechip Capital, a wealth management firm founded and led by Ravi Kohli for more than 33 years.

While Scripbox is yet to file its FY26 financial statements, the company turned profitable in FY25 with a profit of Rs 12.7 crore. Its operating revenue grew 27% year-on-year to Rs 107.2 crore.
