The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On returns for another season on Netflix, with a new group of couples competing in the popular reality series.
The dating experiment heads to Las Vegas this time around, following six couples who have each reached a crossroads in their relationship.
As ever, one partner is ready to walk down the aisle while the other isn’t sure. Over the course of the experiment, they’ll separate from their current partners, form new pairings and enter trial marriages, all before deciding whether to get engaged or move on for good.
Among this year’s cast are childhood crushes who finally got their timing right, business partners juggling romance and ambition, and one couple who first connected over a late night DM.

Ultimatum giver: Blake
Blake, 26, is a results-driven head of marketing and operations in his family business, while Hayley, 23, works as a marketing specialist. The pair first met when Hayley was nannying his stepbrothers, and sparks flew at a family wine night.
Blake feels marriage is the logical next step and is wondering how long is too long to wait. Hayley says she needs more time to move past feeling emotionally neglected early on, and wants to see Blake open up emotionally before she can commit.

Ultimatum giver: Ashley
Ashley, 26, is a content creator and Killian, 29, a real estate agent. The couple first met more than 14 years ago on the competitive cheerleading circuit as teens on rival teams, reconnecting during a girls’ trip to Miami. They now share a home in Houston and two Pomeranians.
A self-described “daddy’s princess”, Ashley wants her father’s blessing before Killian proposes. Killian says he received that blessing, but it was rescinded after a family altercation, and he doesn’t want to get engaged without the family’s full support.

Ultimatum giver: Casey
Casey, 34, is an entrepreneur and David, 33, a pro basketball player and business owner who first slid into her DMs. The couple have been together for five years, so much so that Casey already has three promise rings from David.
Casey is ready to have children and, for her, that starts with marriage. David doesn’t doubt his feelings but wrestles with a deeper fear of committing fully only for Casey to leave someday.

Ultimatum giver: Luke
Luke, 30, is a restaurant manager training to become a firefighter, while Monica, 28, is head of operations and retail for a swimwear brand. The two met when they were just 14, growing up down the street from each other, and reconnected after the pandemic brought them home after college.
Luke believes they can reach key milestones together as a married couple, which is why he issued the ultimatum. Ambitious and driven, Monica isn’t convinced they’re ready, questioning whether Luke is prepared to step up as the husband she needs.

Ultimatum giver: Jessica Grace
Together two years, Jessica Grace, 35, issued the ultimatum to Edris, 38. Jessica Grace first made the move on Edris, who then invited her to spend the 4 July holiday together. They signed a lease together by August of that year.
Jessica Grace says she was “ready to get married yesterday” and wants marriage before children. Edris wasn’t sure they shared the same values around boundaries, respect and emotional safety, and hopes the experiment offers clarity.

Ultimatum giver: Alex
Alex, 23, is a hairstylist and Jebin, 23, a hedge fund manager. The pair met working at a grocery store in Chicago, sharing an Italian ice and a first kiss after a late shift, and have been together for six years. The experiment will allow them to live together for the first time.
After six years, Alex is tired of waiting in limbo and told Jebin to propose or she’ll move on. Jebin fears choosing Alex could mean losing his family, as his parents don’t support the relationship because she’s not of Indian descent.
