A section of SH2, between Koheroa Rd and the SH1 intersection, was closed early this morning as the Serious Crash Unit completed its scene examination.
It was reopened just after 9.30am, NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) said.
Koheroa Rd, which serves as a detour route between SH1 and SH2, has also reopened after being closed earlier.
