A person from the black vehicle advanced on the water-bottle thrower, punching the air, before returning to their car as the other man backed away.
The black car is then seen reversing into the water-bottle thrower, launching him into the air.
The man was knocked off his feet, flipped off the roof of the vehicle and fell on to his back.
A car crashed into a man and his vehicle in a road rage incident on Pāpāmoa’s Domain Rd.
The vehicle also crashed into the white ute, from which a fourth person exited.
The water-bottle thrower chased after the black car but it sped away.
A police spokesperson confirmed a report of the incident on Domain Rd and said officers arrived just after 2pm.
“A road user has allegedly threatened another road user.”
They said there were no reports of injuries.
Police were making inquiries.
