HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Last of the showers for the evening. Expect muggy conditions overnight with lows settling in the mid 70s. Sunday is a similar forecast although less rain involved. Isolated storms are expected for parts of the morning with a dry period midday.
Temperature highs will be in the low 90s, but heat index values cross over 100°. By the early evening, isolated showers and storms will roll back around.
Looking ahead to the work week, brutal heat returns to the Valley! Feel like temperatures around 105° or so possibly expected. Highs for most of the week will be in the mid 90s. Rain will return by the following weekend.
