The Texas Radio Hall of Fame has revealed its 50 nominees for the 2026 induction class, chosen from more than 160 considered this year by the Hall’s review committee. Voting is now open until August 10 for TRHOF members, who may vote for 20 of the nominees HERE.

This year’s nominees are: Doug Abernethy, Brenda Adriance-Fox, David Anderson, Brad Austin, Lisa Bonanni (aka “Lisa Lisa”), Bill Bradford, Raul Brindis, Bruce Buchanan (aka Jim Edwards), John Butler, Jay Cresswell, Dave E. Crockett, Diane Day, Paris Eley, John Frost, Rex Gabriel, Jimmy “JD” Gonzalez, Ric Gonzales, Mark Grubbs, John L. Hanson, Anna de Haro, Frank Hicks, JoJo & Patches (James “Patches” Paczkowski & Jo Jo Cerda), Sam Jones, Joyce King, Kevin Kline, Tim McDermott, Charlie McGregor, Hank Moore, John “The Lama” Oakes, Ray Odom, Mona Parker, Phil Parr, Dave “Stone” Pinkston, Eric Raines, Tom Richards, Clyde “Kooter” Roberson, Chrissie Roberts, Woody Roberts, Melchor (Mel) Rodriguez, JD Rose, Buzz Russell, Nathan Saffir, Gary Saunders, Jack Sellmeyer, Dr. J. The 20 nominees receiving the most votes will be honored at the TRHOF’s annual induction ceremony at the Texas Broadcast Museum, scheduled for Nov. 7.
