The mum-of-five was criticised online for using a treadmill while carrying the baby.
“So dangerous to walk on a treadmill with the baby, WTF,” one person commented.
“I’m not sure this is safe. What happens if you stumble and fall on her?” another social media user asked.
Others wondered why she had to wait until nighttime to exercise.
“The best time for the baby to sleep and produce the most melatonin is 9pm so it means that the baby should be in deep sleep already … for me this is selfish, I don’t say that the mum shouldn’t do her workout but not in 9pm with the baby,” a TikTok user said.
“Couldn’t you just … go for a walk in your neighbourhood during the day with your other kiddos?” one person asked.
“Sorry but if you go to the gym in the night only to use the treadmill and take your baby with you isn’t better to just have it at home or have an afternoon walk?” someone else wondered.
Some followers also accused the influencer of putting unnecessary pressure on new mums.
“This is not the flex you think it is. It is hard enough for new mums, without the added pressure of going to the gym or getting your pre baby body back,” one person said.
Several commenters also wondered why the baby could not have stayed home with the father, who they assumed was looking after the influencer’s other four children.
Many people in the comments also wondered what kind of gym this was as many gyms do not allow children this young inside.
“I don’t think this is allowed at gyms. It’s a liability. Is this fake? I don’t know any gym that would allow this,” one person wrote.
“My gym won’t allow gym bags on the floor. I wonder if they would allow a baby?” another person wondered.
Despite the criticism, many in the comments also praised Holm for doing “getting it done”.
