A person is critically injured in hospital after a car slammed into parked vehicles in east Aucklandovernight.
The car crashed into several parked cars on Howick’s Ridge Rd just after 1am, a police spokesperson said.
“The driver was transported to hospital in a critical condition.”

Emergency spokesman said a person was trapped under a vehicle and the brigade used rescue equipment to free them.
