Trump is known for his anti‑trans views, and recently the US Supreme Court ruled that states can stop transgender women from competing in women’s sports. In a 6–3 decision, the court said these laws do not violate Title IX or the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.

The June ruling followed other moves from the Trump administration on transgender policy. Earlier in May, the court also allowed the administration to move ahead with its “Prioritising Military Excellence and Readiness” order, which will block transgender people from serving in the US military.
Ariana’s warning comes shortly after Taylor Swift blocked Trump from using her music on TikTok. He had used several of her songs to soundtrack his social posts, including a clip of him and his wife Lady Melania Trump watching fireworks set to August.
The audio has since been removed and replaced with the message: “This sound isn’t available”.
Trump appeared to choose Taylor’s song deliberately, writing: “I’m sure @Taylor Swift is going to be super excited we used her song!”
He also commented on the Team Trump clip: “Mood because it’s August and Donald Trump is your president.”
Other Swift tracks removed from his TikTok posts include The Fate of Ophelia and Father Figure.
Trump famously declared “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” on his Truth Social account after the pop star announced she would be voting for Kamala Harris in the past presidential election.
