Bachelor Nation was first introduced to Ronn as one of the men on Season 22 of “The Bachelorette.”
As fans know, the season is currently on pause and the men from Season 22 individually appeared on the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast to exclusively share more of their stories.
Earlier this year, Ronn took to social media to share the heartbreaking news that his mom had unexpectedly passed away following a cosmetic procedure in the Philippines.
And later, he joined the podcast to open up about how he’s been doing and discuss the “open investigation” surrounding his mom’s passing.

Now, Ronn has taken to social media to share that he recently competed in Mister Philippines USA to honor his mom.
In a new post, he said, “Side quest 36327: Mister Philippines USA 2026 🇵🇭Growing up, my mom always wanted me to model or act, and I never really understood why. After she passed, I learned from childhood friends that she once had those same dreams herself before putting them aside to raise me and my brother.”
Ronn posted photos from his experience at Mister Philippines USA and ended his post with a picture of his mom when she was younger, wearing a sash and tiara.
He continued, expressing the gratitude he feels for the wonderful experience in his caption.
“Grateful for my experience at Mister Philippines USA for allowing me to celebrate my culture, make some new friends, share my mom’s beauty, and carry out her wishes one way or another,” Ronn wrote. “This one’s for you, Mom 🏆❤️”
