2026 is a milestone year for Zendaya. The actress turns 30 on Tuesday, after keeping busy with one high-profile project after another — a run that will ultimately add up to four movies plus one season of “Euphoria” in the same calendar year.

She’s already completed international press tours for “The Drama,” “The Odyssey” and “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” — with “Dune: Part Three” on the horizon — keeping up her signature method dressing approach alongside her longtime stylist Law Roach.

As a certified red carpet icon with access to all sorts of designer collections, Zendaya has commanded attention from photo calls to premieres. Understandably, it’s usually a striking gown that gets people talking the most, but her shoes can sometimes quietly steal the show or take an outfit to another level.

Zendaya is known for almost exclusively wearing Christian Louboutin‘s soaring So Kate pumps, and more recently stepping out in the Parisian label’s Miss Z pump. Roach confirmed that the style was unofficially named after her while showing off his massive Louboutin collection during a tour of his office.

This year’s whirlwind press tours, however, have brought standout footwear looks both within and beyond her realm of quintessential stiletto pumps. Find those memorable shoe moments below, ranging from custom to archival designs.

Zendaya and Roach often take a theme and incorporate it into a look in obvious or subtle ways. At the Los Angeles premiere of “Spider-Man:: Brand New Day,” the star made a major statement in a black satin Ashi Studio couture gown with an avant-garde voluminous structure featuring intricate pleating. The all-black look was completed with custom Miss Z pumps from Louboutin, carrying the arachnid theme down to her feet with a mesh spider-web design and 3D spider adornments.

Zendaya channeled her character Athena throughout “The Odyssey” press tour with ethereal goddess-like looks. She made an angelic entrance at the film’s New York premiere in the white “Ange” dress from Matières Fécales’ debut collection presented in Paris in March 2025, a look featuring feathered wings in the back.

The matching white shoes came from Matières Fécales’ collaboration with Christian Louboutin; Zendaya wore the “Heeless” style featuring a sculptural concave heel design.

Taking inspiration from ancient Greek fashion, Zendaya and Roach also explored the reemerging gladiator shoe trend for “The Odyssey” press run. For one of her most striking shoe looks of the year, Zendaya stepped out in New York City wearing archival fall 2014 Sophia Webster gladiator sandals with an Alberta Ferretti spring 2008 minidress.

The dress featured elegant draped chain detailing, while the shoes featured an intricate knotted strap design along the foot and leg, forming a knee-high shaft. The stiletto sandal was actually sent to Roach by a longtime Sophia Webster brand fan after the footwear designer turned to her Instagram followers to try to track down the archival style for Zendaya.

With her star power, Zendaya helped to cement the comeback of gladiator sandals, which other celebrities had been embracing, too.

One of Zendaya’s most talked-about looks this year has been her vintage Spider-Man T-shirt, which Roach sourced from eBay for $34.99, as he revealed via social media. The black and red T, which the actress wore as a minidress sans pants, showcased the superhero in one of his signature poses.

Against the casual T-shirt, her Christian Louboutin Miss Z pumps stood out all the more as a formal contrast. She went with a white patent leather version, a shining juxtaposition to her shirt.
