The Supercars rivals, friends and podcast co-hosts join Chaz Mostert, Sebastian Vettel, Valtteri Bottas and Hayden Paddon on the list of confirmed starters.
Kostecki was a late call-up to compete in the Sydney event last March, teaming with Brown to put Australia in the Nations Cup final.
Mostert meanwhile excelled in the individual competition, finishing runner-up to nine-time World Rally champion Sebastien Loeb.
“I had such a good time at ROC in 2025, and having Will and Chaz there made it even better,” said Kostecki.
“We go at it hard enough in Supercars, so getting to race them again in something completely different was a lot of fun. I jumped at the chance to be part of it again.
“Wellington’s a new challenge, and I’m looking forward to seeing what the track throws at us, and to going wheel-to-wheel with some of the best drivers in the world again.”
Brown is also relishing a return to the fun-filled event, which will this time be held on a purpose-built tarmac circuit inside Wellington’s Hnry Stadium.
“It was one of the best weekends I’ve had outside of Supercars, and getting to go racing with Brodie there was a highlight – we’re rivals enough as it is on a Supercars weekend, so being teammates again on a track neither of us really knows was a different kind of fun,” he said.
“Getting the call to come back was an easy yes. Wellington looks like an incredible venue, and I can’t wait to line up again alongside a field like this.”
General admission tickets for the event go on sale from 10am NZT today via Ticketek New Zealand.
