Kylie Kelce is apparently a royal fan. In the latest episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie, Taylor Swift’s new sister-in-law spoke about Kate Middleton and Prince William’s recent visit to the Isle of Bute in Scotland, where the Princess of Wales played a game of shinty (a traditional Scottish sport). “Princess Kate just reminded everyone that she’s still an absolute boss at field hockey,” and that she “looks beautiful doing it.” (Kate played field hockey in high school.)

“For everyone in the comments, who are about to correct me, I’m aware that she’s actually playing the Scottish sport of shinty,” Kylie continued. “I’m still calling it a win for field hockey because where do you think she got that skill? Yeah, that’s right. She’s a field hockey player.”

She continued with a plea to Kate to join Not Gonna Lie: “Princess Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, if you ever wanted to come on and chitchat about some field hockey and maybe kids,” she said. “I don’t know. We got a couple things in common.” (Duchess of Cambridge was Kate’s former title, before she became Princess of Wales in 2022.)

Kylie then referenced her husband Jason’s podcast with his brother, Travis Kelce, New Heights—Prince William was a surprise guest on that show—by saying, “our husbands chitchatted on the other podcast.” She added, “But you could come on this one. I don’t know. Just a thought. It’s a thought. We’d love to have you. No pressure. Please.”

Kylie has not met the British royals, but during Swift’s Eras Tour stop in in London, Kylie’s husband Jason met Prince William, along with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, backstage. “I gotta say, Prince William was fantastic, but the highlight was Princess Charlotte. Prince George was great too,” Jason said on a podcast episode recapping the meeting. Charlotte, he continued, “was so f*cking adorable. I cannot express how—maybe because I have three girls now, [but] she had a fire to her! She was asking questions. That was the most electric part.”
