A caravan rolled on the Hawke’s Bay Expressway on Monday morning.

The Hawke’s Bay Expressway has reopened after being blocked by a rolled caravan on Monday.

The caravan flipped between Links Rd and Evenden Rd, just south of the Ngaruroro River Bridge.

A police spokesperson said the single-vehicle crash was reported just before 10am, and no injuries had been reported.

Initially,
one lane of the expressway was blocked, then both, before the state highway was reopened at midday.

A spokesperson for Fire and Emergency New Zealand said crews had been at the scene assisting with traffic management.
