Abstract

Early biologic therapy improves clinical outcomes in Crohn’s disease (CD), but the optimal timing within the early treatment window remains uncertain. Whether initiating biologics within six months of diagnosis provides additional benefit over the broader 6-24-month period is not well established. This study compared one-year outcomes between very early (<6 months) and early (6-24 months) biologic initiation in biologic-naive CD.
