Scott Wehl’s Real Asset Management has acquired the Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital in Sydney’s Northern Beaches from Dexus’ $1.1 billion healthcare property fund which paused investor redemptions last year.
RAM has taken the keys to the 85-bed rehabilitation hospital which is spread across five levels in Warriewood, and cares for patients who are recovering from surgeries or illness but no longer require acute medical care.
