Police said a person’s body was later discovered inside the address.
Detective Senior Sergeant Hayden Smale said officers would remain at the property overnight, with a scene examination to take place tomorrow.

The last firefighters left the scene about 1.30pm.
Hato Hone St John said it was notified at 11.18am and sent an ambulance and an operations manager.
It referred further questions to police.
