Home-furnishing startup wudhomes has raised Rs 2.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by AJVC, founded by Aviral Bhatnagar. Seekho co-founders Rohit Choudhary, Keertay Agarwal and Yash Banwani also participated in the round, along with other angel investors.

The fresh funds will be used to build a vertically integrated supply chain, develop in-house technology, strengthen the retail experience and expand operational capabilities, wudhomes said in a press release.

Founded in 2025 by Vasu Arneja and Aditya Singh, wudhomes is a home-furnishing startup that offers products such as custom-built sofas, accent chairs, coffee tables, side tables and other living room furniture.

The Bengaluru-based startup focuses on connecting inspiration, product discovery, curation, personalisation and fulfilment to help customers navigate decisions involved in furnishing their homes.

Furniture is the company’s starting category, while its broader focus is on simplifying the overall home-furnishing process. It is developing an integrated model that combines digital inspiration, personalised product curation, spatial visualisation, physical retail, home visits and a vertically integrated supply chain.

In recent months, wudhomes has furnished over 200 homes. It has also opened a retail outlet in Bengaluru and introduced a home-visit service through which consultants assess customers’ spaces and help them explore suitable furnishing options.

The company aims to connect product discovery and decision-making with the process of furnishing a home through these customer touchpoints.
